summit of the women’s affairs’ ministers from Islamic countries will be held in
Mashhad on April 27th 2017.
According to the news headquarters of the cultural capital of the Islamic world, according to the decision of Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) for selecting Mashhad as the cultural capital of the Islamic world, it is aimed to hold many summits and gatherings with different topics in this city.
In this regard, one of the plans is to hold a specialized summit of women’s affairs’ ministers from Islamic countries, which will be participated by the ministers of women’s affairs from some of the Islamic countries, including Azerbaijan, Iraq, Mauritania, Bangladesh, Turkey, Indonesia and Afghanistan.
This summit will be held with the cooperation of ministry of foreign affairs, ministry of culture and Islamic guidance, trade chamber of Iran, department of women and family affairs of Khorasan Razavi, and administration of cultural heritage, handicrafts and tourism.
According to the schedule, the first week of Ordibehesht (April 21st-27th) is regarded as the women’s week and the specialized summit of the women’s affairs’ ministers from the Islamic world will be held in Mashhad on April 27th in the framework of the event of cultural capital of the Islamic world- Mashhad 2017.
